Lin Li is the student council president of KERNEL UNIVERSITY. He’s recognised as one of the best students in the school, rank “S”.
His parents are both leading members of ZENITH Group, inventors of the so called “emotional suppression” chip.

Lin Li’s academic performance has been impeccable since Day One. Both his classmates and teachers state that he’s always calm and rational, never showing any emotion.
From his speeches it seems like Lin Li sees emotions as meaningless. In fact he’s one of the few in BRAVE CITY who are considered absolutely rational and have not received the “chip”.
