Li Zhao is a mechanic of 007 City, and the mechanical beast always following him around is named Monst.
His biological parents are unknown, his adoptive father is one of the top mechanics of the country.

Perhaps because of his eccentric nature, his adoptive father decided to move to 007, a no man’s land, to conduct research on machines used for material extractions.
Monst was originally created by his father but after modifications done by Lu Zhao it became capable of attacking.

Moreover, according to observation, Monst seems to have a human-like behaviour that other machines do not possess.
Most of the high precision machines in UNITY CITY are made by Lu Zhao, of which the most known is the mechanical assistance arm used in medical settings.
